721 is a communications, marketing, and community engagement company. We are strategists and problem solvers who help clients large and small, with a proven track record of success. Our clients fondly refer to us as their go-to 'unstickers' for complicated community engagement projects, crisis management, and communications management.
We also activate, manage and produce fun, innovative things, like local and international music events, Hawaii concerts, cultural workshops, and Make Music Hawaii!
If you need to reach and engage with a specific group of people, a designated community, or a unique target audience in Hawaii, we provide solutions and perform day-to-day implementation with you and for you - in other words, we activate your vision! We do this via custom websites, landing pages, email broadcasts, social media platforms, and community events.

SPECIALTIES
We work with a variety of clients but are often brought in to work on projects that combine community engagement with technical issues related to education, businesses, zoning, development, and construction. We also work with non-profits and educational institutions for community engagement that elevates and activates their goals and strategies.
We have created a unique Community Management System (CMS) that integrates multiple communications platforms (social media, direct email, website, and in-person meetings or community outreach events) to best inform your target audiences, gather and disseminate information, and facilitate timely, strategic communications. This proprietary system also provides historical documentation, analytics, and contact management.

WHO WE ARE
Nalani Jenkins and Tracy Lawson started 721, LLC in 2015. 721, LLC is a woman, veteran, native-Hawaiian owned business, started on July 21 (hence our name!)
We help organizations connect and engage with others in a meaningful and authentic way. We live and work in Hawaii, and we value the people, the places, and the culture of our home.
